Cassie and Ivan’s wedding in the woods was everything I love about photographing weddings in the Eastern Townships; a true sweet, simple, and meaningful family affair. With their daughter and Ivan’s sons by their side, they tied the knot in the forest on Ivan’s family’s property in North Hatley, surrounded by trees and loved ones.

Following a portrait session featuring a classic yellow school bus, the party moved to Quebec Lodge in Hatley –  a favourite wedding venue for many of my clients (and myself!). I managed to steal Cassie and Ivan away from the reception for a moment for some final night portraits; the perfect way to end the perfect wedding day 🙂
